Estonia
Dredging in the mud which wallows
Deep beneath the feet of clay;
Life is dreary when perspective
Looks at things this way.
But in the mud of life we live,
And mould our castles so,
We choose just how much we should use,
And how to live below.
And as we cultivate a time
When regions shall be One,
When sands of time can be displayed
In glorious colours, the Sun
Will thus return the favour,
And shed new rays of light,
And so discern the colours new
Which will make our mud seem bright.
