Swaziland
Take a wander over sands
Hot to soles beneath,
And mark the time which echoes
In the dunes of rivets deep.
See the winds of force take hold,
And beat into a shape,
A pattern bold and strong and timeless,
But gone again to rape
The land, and take away
The evidence of life,
To then, at last, return the favour,
And give to us such strife.
But all is changing ever fast,
And nothing escapes the fear,
Except a Soul thus centered,
Who sees with eyes so clear.
