Paraguay
Standing on a precipice,
Looking out to sea,
And watching all the waves rock in
From horizons far, to be
At last returned to shore,
To rest and be at peace,
To gently ripple with the tide,
To rock and roll and cease
All roaming aimlessly,
To know that all has been
A journey wild and weathered,
A test and trial to win
Freedom, and a loving touch,
Caressed by sun-kissed rays,
To be forever centered,
And live of joy-filled days.
