Panama

Troubled waters do confront
A people parted by a wave,
And give of indecision strong,
And flee to mind, a cave,

To hide from truth which seeks
To highlight so, in time,
A melody to sing as One,
And complete celestial rhyme.

But braving fierce storms,
And beatings strong at shore,
One takes a toe and tests the waters
To taste of what’s in store,

And then the seduction of the cold,
Yet tepid, does reveal,
That when one thus lets go of all,
One freely flows, a seal.
