Lebanon
Building of a structure tall,
Brick by brick in time,
Aiming for a centre focus,
Where all can meet in rhyme.
And utilising so the people,
Who ache to thus belong,
And humbly work without reward,
For a chance to sing the song.
What, is then, the benefit,
To all who toe the line,
What good will come of moneys spent
When it comes to tribute time,
If no one is invited,
And all men must stand alone,
Surely each and everyone
Should inherit so the throne?
