India
Colour is the theme at dawning,
Rich the tones that lay before,
All is visioned by the One
Who opens so the wooden door
And thus beholds a vista rare,
Of broad horizon seen,
To take the scene at once displayed,
And absorb it then to glean
That all is not as it would seem,
The reality is shown,
To be illusion mighty,
And shields what must be known.
And all the while, in stillness,
The work of life is there,
One must afford the luxuries,
To live and breathe the air.
