So to tasks which, of the sky,
Ask so much as one walks by,
To be so tall and give of all,
To leave naught behind of gall.

It is a mighty request indeed
To triumph soundly as a steed,
But in the morning light ahead,
There is the love of God to wed

With intentions of noble kind,
To reveal another mind,
Which, so clearly, designates
The truth out from behind the gates

Which once held us prisoner there,
To release, a dove in air,
Freedom is the quest we seek,
It asks us to be bold, not meek.
