Tempests storming ever near,
Welling up from deep within,
Testing so our dedication
To keep from repeating earthly sin.

How to centre focus lie
When all is whirling fast,
How to rest, and be at peace,
When strife and struggle cast

Our people into disarray,
And cause us to weep so raw,
What will become of us;
The back to break the straw?

The answer lies within the throws
Of heartfelt known despair,
By distancing the grasping,
And being One with air.
