Unsettling as a people stand,
Midst the storms and batterings,
Grappling with some dignity,
To be at One with all.
It strikes at the heart
Of every soldier standing,
How great is this illusion,
How confusing is the Call.
But in the firing line of nations,
There is a lesson for the world,
To listen to the people waiting
For a peaceful life returned.
We bow to you within the frame
Of a mould, which broken, does refrain
From taking on a rigid stance,
But welcomes solely a united dance.
