The cat and fiddle play a tune
Unbeknownst to man at war,
The notes dispersed fall down barely
Able to mend discourse at all.

But in the dawn when sleeping lie,
And rise refreshed from slumbered peace,
The memory of the melody
Echoes deep within, and greets

The one who’s heart embraces
All significance in time,
And rests from weary toil and trouble,
Taking space to be in rhyme.

Listen for the song accompanied
By the love of God, our Son,
Watch for signs to thus embrace
The Will which now ensouls the One.
