Algeria
Dark the tone is set in motion,
Athletic, true to form,
Young and vibrant of a time
When all was uniform.
Today an Age is dawning,
Wherein the all can be
Shining in a reverence bold,
And standing tall and free.
Behold your ever present humour,
Smile as broadly as you may,
Carry with such dignity
The truth within, and come what may,
Be yourselves and know you are
A people, oh, so rare,
Take to starry skies in dreams,
And know reality is there.
