There is a distant memory of a past we’ve left behind, one which gives us comfort that in a future time we will find victory and, glory-filled, the days shall pass thus joyfully into an eternal space. And this memory is the notion of who we are as individuals, bound together as one, and bright as a distant star. This is what gives us hope, a belief well founded, near, that someday soon the clouds will lift, and revealed we’ll stand of timeless cheer.
And despite our hectic lifestyle, despite our pain and fear, despite the doubts surrounding us and all decisions yet to pass, there is that skerrick of knowing, of truth and universality that wavers not at all, but stands firm and bold, and beckons us, with gall, to be the very best we can, to solve life’s puzzles well.
This is all we need in order to excel. Take a candle to this place deep within your core. Let it light all caves you have yet to explore, and follow the golden path awaiting your return, so patiently, until you see the light eternal, and have no need for naked flames, and then you will have saved yourself from the greatest fear of all, the fear that you will not achieve all you had hoped for.
You, and you alone, can make this journey towards the light, and forge a bond with all of life. Alone you never are, and there are plans ahead which depend upon your unique contribution pledged.
Many times these words are spoken, in many different ways. And someday soon, if not today, a select phrase will hit you with significance, and all meaning will be restored. Continue to listen and look for clues, and open every door.
