How to cultivate a body, mind and soul pure of heart and loving, wise with wisdom flow, and powerful, invincible, with an iron will below? These are the credentials which we all shall seek, and ultimately there is no escape from the freedom they will speak. But in the long, unknown ahead there will be tests and trials ever pitted against one’s shadow to ascertain the miles one has traveled well or otherwise in times past.

And these three attributes, of love and light and will, provide the seeker with more than ample skill to navigate all new territories and chart a course ahead to fulfil one’s destiny and give hope for others to tread a path towards the future where all will live in peace, and joy will be the language that is spoken evermore.

Start your journey anew today, with an ever present eye on all you do and think and say, but do not modify. Begin by just observing, and noting how you feel when you look at cause and effect with a stranger’s zeal. This sole exercise will give of such great clues; where do you jump to conclusions, where do you lose control of your emotions strong, and where do your strengths portray the person deep within, at least in part this day?

And when you have mastered the act of detachment hence, when it comes as second nature, then break down the fence to catch a glimpse of who you ache to be, and start to think with a loving heart and use your mind lovingly, and with renewed determination will yourself to change, without force or brutal judgement, merely with an inner smile. And soon you will accomplish the greatest feat. When all three, together, are combined as one, you will then greet the knower, the lover of bold endeavour, of your dreams complete.
