When all ails you and prevents the light and joy of life from seeping through, take some time to cherish that which makes you, you. Each of us is so unique, and like two grains of sand, nothing can be identical if only for a blemish which gives you your own name.

Sometimes life is difficult, and conditions can be cruel. Sometimes there appears no end to suffering and pain, and more the fool who thinks that he has not any involvement in the bigger picture as to causes, and can escape such karma there.

But know this, if not personally, if only in the mind, that all our actions come to visit us once again to find resolution to the problem, to help us grow in stature grand. Know that there is only growth and learning in this land.

Sometimes a whole life well lived will echo in fruitful journeys made, other times the opposite manifests in mysterious ways, and this is not necessarily of present life intent, but can result from other-worldly plans made to thus prevent a repeat of wrongful actions, or to experience for self the effects of troubled times inflicted upon another long ago.

So raise your head up high, and boldly stand your ground. Be yourself at every moment and even laugh out loud. This time shall pass, and quickly, despite its measured beat, and you will move on once again and humbly plant your feet at the base of yet another mountain, before you, set to climb, onward, upward, ever mounting to an ultimate summit divine.
