Transcend the everyday, and lift yourself from ground zero. Take yourself on a journey vast into the endless sky, and view with eyes anew all that has been hidden, obscured from all you’ve known and come to think of as the truth.

And in this time spent drifting, observe your body fair. Discover a newer lightness, and the ability to move with ease. Recognise then also, how aches and pains of old have been lifted from you whilst you take a hold of a perspective unique in time and space, and how even the slightest hint of fatigue has disappeared from view.

What is this magic tonic? How can so much be let go? How is it possible to be so completely joyful in this moment?

The answer is a simple one, and has been eluded to before. When we rid ourselves of all that holds us to this place, and think not of time past nor what the future holds, then we capture the essence of a spirit pure at peace. There is only ever now, and naught else will remain throughout all aeons of time to come. Never will we truly grace a stage for any moment longer than the one we have right now. And free of all that holds us to a history or future vow, we can then begin to live the life we meant to live, and appreciate all the colour which our senses give to so enrich experiences otherwise bland.

We can really use this knowledge to take another in hand and float above the routine, the tasks which serve no benefit but which have, over time, become our life in fact.

So take this moment, and again, until this is your life. And know that you will then begin to manifest all manner of dreams for life.
