There is only one true light
And it never casts a shadow bare,
It shines so brightly, eternally,
And is ever present there.

Why take sides and thus divide
The whole into the two,
When at once, complete, one rests
Entirely peaceful of a hue

Coloured by the rainbow arch,
Pervading everything aglow,
Despite the rain, because of it,
And the sun’s ever-present show.

Consistency is vital here,
It demonstrates, at whim,
Serenity and stature grand,
Strength, vitality, and vim.

Find your core and stand united
Centrally, as one, at last,
Resist the mental noise and chatter,
And rest in the present moment vast.
