People often question the validity of the path, and the sacrifices that one must make in order to reap rewards elusive and unselfish. It is true that evolution asks a great deal from the one who would be free to wield the sword of love and light. But each step is graded, and the difficulty next in line is therefore appropriate to the skills at hand. And whilst so much of the old life must gradually be left behind, and for a time naught is there to replace the long lost comfort sought, an inner confidence and strength begins to shine, and a self empowering state is developed well.

Imagine, if you will, that you have reached the end of your life, and make a mental list of those qualities you would value most highly. Undoubtedly they will include the memories of the times you had grown, and risked the known for the unknown, to thus find a greater sense of self and an opportunity to share newfound treasures with others everywhere.

These, then, represent the rewards of the so-called sacrifice, the doing away with past obsessions, outdated and destructive, in favour of the development of soul-like qualities to share. But, in order to benefit from such jewels of wisdom rare, one must take the plunge and delve in deep, without despair, to the great unknown and discover for oneself just what this universe represents in truth.

So make the effort, take the dive, but do so with an iron will. Last the distance, keep motivated and you will find the bounty you now seek, and it will be worth the time and effort dedicated throughout your life. Better to begin the adventure, and have a go, than to sit back idly and never know.
