Consideration for another, to aid someone in need, these are qualities of a heart thus freed. And what it means to others cannot begin to tell the tale of benefit to self, the one whose heart has grown to encompass all of life, and wisely so.

For when you truly learn to give, expecting nothing in return, then you raise the bar for your own growth to on flow. Have you met another whose heart is so? Do you stand in wonder at their efforts here below? How you answer this will determine your own fate. Do you actually accept there is such a gap between who that person has become and who you have yet to be?

There are no heroes in this land, no-one who should thus stand upon a pedestal so lofty as to suggest superiority or grandeur in any way. We are all, in fact, capable of being that so-called hero everyday. The only difference is belief in self, and the will to enact the part. And both of these fine qualities require practice and a patience fair. But all of us, at sometime hence, will succeed in being so, the one whom others look to as a shining example to follow.

Begin today as you intend to end your life, so free. Be the person you are aiming to be. And sometime in the future you will, in retrospect, see your growth, and be inspired to onward move again.

The only hero in your life is you, and when you know that you deserve the title you will have begun to accomplish much also.
