When one takes to wandering alone in a sea of solitude, and reflects on lessons learned and seeks to forward move, such insights gained are monumental and rare, for what is gleaned is more of the bigger picture, and how one can participate, and things of old which served a purpose, then, are more easily disposed of in the now.

Life is not about accumulation of any kind, possessions, nor memories nor thoughts that bind. It is not about how many friends, but the quality of kin who are attracted to you for a moment, or eternally, as one. It is not about what you receive, rewards or accolades. Neither is it about regrets or anger, or mistakes displayed.

Life is love, and all our efforts hence are directed towards a greater wisdom, a deeper sense. The light we shine is powerful and its influence is great. And as we move from fear towards this golden gate, all we are, and all we do has love as its central aim, the expression towards oneself and others the same.

And love cannot be fully realised until we take some time to be alone with self, and heal our pain. So do not hurry, nor waste time in keeping busy, day by day. But rather stop and listen to your heart and mind, and stay focussed on your growth, and find priorities anew; health and service are your right and privilege too.
