No more back and forth apparent,
As a New Age dawns at last.

Now is the time to thus savour,
Rest still awhile and know
That all your efforts past to venture
Forth against the current slow

Will bear fruit in time,
And set a tone thus true,
To prepare you for a future
Vastly different, of vibrant hue.

Yours is the moment for reflection,
But rest not too long there,
Draw from the wisdom presented
And then take again to air

And jump for joy above the current
Which flows beneath so pure,
Upstream a further measure,
To return downstream renewed.
