At close of day the deed is done,
And will has been consumed,
By the One of Awful Power,
Who has at last resumed

His position at the right,
And high upon His steed,
Who, with sword of compassion,
Works with love and speed,

To free us all from bondage,
To give us one last chance,
To group together as a form,
And mature, to take a stance,
