Seychelles
Bright, the day which dawns ahead,
And warm the Summer breeze,
What a haven of repose,
Who would think to sneeze
At a chance to stay e’er long,
If only for the joy,
Forget that there is naught to do,
But simply thus employ
The mind in trivial
Pursuits for all to see,
A nation small, but ample,
To the task of one to be
Free of all that hinders,
To take each step in time,
And rest in present favour,
To live a life sublime.
