Hot, the poker stick which rises
Up from fiery sparks below,
And brands a symbol of reflection,
So Man can learn, and thus bestow

A greeting for a new millennium,
To each and every one akin,
To thus reach out and touch another,
To come as close as skin to skin,

And with a spark, to recognise
Oneself dressed in a robe
Of different hue, but rightly,
Of one which can ennoble,

And bring together, in space and time,
The essence of truth to be
A shining example of the glory
Of One who lives so free.
