To be au milieu of a bitter fight,
Is akin to a country true,
Who has at heart the essence
Of the love of God, and hue.
And in the central park one has
The feeling that the sky awaits,
A revelation of a theme
Which reaches to the Golden Gates,
Of ageless wisdom,
High and bold of nature grand,
Where trees and flowers blossom,
And poets wander o’er the land.
Imaginings do tend to lead
One to a greater place,
But truth reveals au milieu there,
This park is central to the space.
