Barbados
The light that falls between the lines
That mark the real from false,
Is brighter than the Morning Star,
And gives of mighty hope
To be a nation proud and strong,
And give to all such flair,
To be alive at every moment,
And live and breathe the air.
Do not ponder in the darkness,
Rest awhile and take it in,
The light is noble in the morning,
And keeps one searching within,
To find oneself at end of day
Dressed akin to all,
To give the answers to the questions
Which baffle so the Call.
