Australia

Starting with this land of peace
I write to you of love of form
And ask you to acknowledge true
The efforts hence to weather storm.

A Nation free to be itself,
Growing wise, and lovingly,
I set the task for you to be
A guide for others singularly.

Take the torch which is before you,
Raise it high and bold aflame,
Race to victory with the truth
Of that which is your very Name.

Doubt not meagre cries below,
Follow high and lift, bestow.
Set an example true to self
To give the world of all our wealth.
