14 December
Have you made a habit of drinking your fill of pure, fresh water each and every day? Do you drink small quantities frequently, sufficient to rehydrate and revitalise your body, mind and soul? Can you conceive of the notion that your consumption of such fluids should far outweigh all else that you consume? And can you see that just as your body is constituted mostly of water, that you must, in turn, replenish all that is used?
In other words, your diet, whilst necessarily consisting of fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, should reflect in actual fact the percentage by weight of that which your body is ideally constituted?
Now this may take some time to digest, in thought and deed. But some day this truth will be known as fact, and health will be restored to the degree to which one nourishes one’s body appropriately.
In the meantime, make an effort to drink more water. Ensure that its source is pure and clean. Mineral springs of good repute provide the most desirable source if pure rainwater is unobtainable. Spend wisely, and invest in water well. Not only for the drinking, but for all else as well. Beware the claims made by authorities that tap water is safe to drink, or bathe in, or breathe. Avoid all forms of chlorinated swimming pools; give your body a chance to heal. Time will prove that such chemicals are unfit for human contact, and their toxicity will be widely advertised.
Until such a time as new and cleaner resources are made available for the management of this vital liquid, do all that you can to ensure maximum quality. Water is the gold of the twenty-first century; guard it well.
