Incentives to follow a healthy lifestyle in modern times are few and far between. Despite increasing education, and information abound, it seems that we, as a people, are otherwise occupied with ego-based comforts.

We have been bought by multinationals. We have lost all independence and self esteem. But there is hope and, amidst the madding crowd, there grows, steadily in number, the few who know, in truth, just what is in our long term interest, for the greater good of all.

And you are one such influence. Every decision that you make towards a brighter future adds power to humanity as a race. You know what really matters. You understand this land. When given alternatives of selfish greed, or the lending of a helping hand, you would choose the latter because you know it is the only way to raise the bar and provide inspiration to others day by day.

Do not let the loudest voice dictate the lifestyles of the meek. Truth is invariably spoken by those of humble countenance, of quiet contemplative stance. The power of greatest magnitude is, as always, to be found in the hands of the silent majority, for which the courageous few speak up and out with bold endeavour despite the personal attacks which are so often experienced, unjustly so.

Do not sit idly by and expect another, just like you, to do the dirty work of the nation alone. Play your part consciously. Do what can and needs be done. Win a victory for all people under this glorious sun.
