One is apt, in these changing times, to see negativity everywhere. One has only to acknowledge all the media hype to fall into despair.

Where there is a lack of love, and a questioning of self, fear will always thrive. Be not at the mercy of another’s view. Do not blindly believe one-sided news. You have a responsibility to yourself to remain impartial, non-judgemental, and independent in thought.

There are so few newsworthy items which deserve the attention they are given. And equally there are very few stories where the information imparted is adequate to allow one to formulate a valid opinion. There is also precious little time to fully research, for oneself, the complete truth of any given situation.

One has merely to look within, and trust one’s intuition in order to find the answers that one seeks.

There is at least as much good in this world as there is so-called evil. And one must focus on the positive that exists. In doing so the good is strengthened by the extra energy devoted, and the less than desirable weakens, starved of attention. Facts and figures, then, are largely unimportant, and time will always shed light on darkened skies.

Keep your principles in check. Be answerable to yourself and you will always retain your sense of freedom in this life. Never be tempted to sell your soul in exchange for mass acceptance. Only the weak would ever seek to buy something they are sorely lacking within themselves, that strength of character and courage to boldly wave the flag of universality evermore.
