Under the midday sun where rays of light are vast, encompassing all earthly places here below, it is hard to imagine a day without its blessing, and even more difficult is the concept that it should reappear. For what guarantees are there in life? And how can we be sure of what tomorrow brings? Nothing is known, in truth, and hope is not enough. One must exist in present time and accept one’s lot.

The only reason we expect one day to follow another is because of past experience which has led us to the now. And whilst memory sometimes serves us well, it does not prepare us for tomorrow. No one can safely say that the sun will rise again.

This may sound a gloomy thought, but in actual fact it’s not. Do away with false expectations and yours is a joyful lot. For each and every moment which arrives at your feet from then, will bring with it wondrous experiences, ever new, to send you on a journey both profound and simple, elegant and plain; you will be amazed by all the little things you can’t explain. And all those so-called worries will vanish in thin air, relegated to another time and space, and there you’ll stand in sun or shade, and this will be your hour.

The choice will be entirely yours, whether to reap or sow, and you will find a balance independent of surrounds, calm and peaceful in your centeredness, and how.

So beware of expectations, of basing knowledge on external things. Bring your consciousness to surface and let your intuition spring into full view, upon centre stage to be entirely who you are, and forever free.
